When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, package type, tender deadline and the message or scope information you provide.

Drawings, specifications and related documents may contain project information. Please send these only if you are authorised to share them with us.

How we use information

• Responding to enquiries and discussing project requirements.
• Reviewing information and preparing quotations.
• Managing business communications and possible pre-contract steps.
• Keeping proportionate business, enquiry and legal records.

Lawful basis

For B2B enquiries and normal business communications, we generally rely on our legitimate interests in responding to potential customers and managing our business. Where you ask us to consider a quotation or proposed work, processing may also be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract.

Providers and processors

Information may be handled by service providers that support our website hosting, Formspree or another form service, business email and IT systems. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may process website usage information. We do not load those analytics services before consent.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business communications, possible project discussions, record keeping and applicable legal purposes. Different records may need different retention periods.
