Site delivery and communication arrangements are agreed with the contractor team for the defined package.

Programme Attendance
Programme requirements are reviewed with the scope. Mobilisation is agreed based on location, programme and availability.

Testing and Records
Testing, commissioning and record requirements are included where specified and agreed within the project scope.

O&M Documentation
Operation and maintenance information, as-built records and supporting documents can be agreed as part of the handover scope.
