What's Included in a Ventilation Package

Survey, installation, testing, documentation and handover elements are included where identified in the agreed scope.

Site Survey & Assessment

Existing conditions, access and installation information can be recorded where a survey is included in scope.

Ductwork Installation

Rigid and flexible ductwork in galvanised steel, PVC or insulated systems. Hangers, brackets and supports included.

Fan Unit Installation

Installation support for the specified fan units, equipment and interfaces included in the agreed package.

Grilles, Valves & Terminals

Supply and fit of all air terminal devices — grilles, circular valves, linear diffusers, transfer grilles and attenuators.

Testing & Records

Testing, commissioning and record requirements may be included where specified and agreed.

Documentation & Handover

Project documentation and handover requirements are agreed within the defined scope.

MEV is a mechanical extract system. PIV is a positive input system. MVHR extracts air and supplies filtered replacement air through a heat-recovery unit. The project design and specification determine which system is required.
Yes. Installation is delivered to the agreed drawings, specification and defined project scope. Queries and interfaces are identified during package review.
Testing, commissioning and record requirements may be included where specified and agreed within the package. Send the relevant schedules and handover requirements with the RFQ.
Mobilisation is agreed based on scope, location, programme, access and availability. Include proposed dates and the tender deadline with your project information.
